Recruitment Process

STEP 1:

Questionnaire

A questionnaire form will be sent to you via email. This will help us get a better understanding of your background and education and allow you an opportunity to tell us about you.

Step 3:

Test (Depending on position)

Depending on the position, you will be asked to take a test. The test is comprised of several technical and logistical skills related to the role.

Step 4:

Panel Interview

The panel interview consist of several members from the Deccan Team. The members are; hiring manager and some senior members of the department.
